Would you be happy if the next 12 months were a repeat of the last 12 months?

I was recently asked this question by notable speaker Mark LeBlanc and know that I have taken the steps to make the next year of my life a success in my eyes.  I can help you make the changes you desire in the next 3, 6 and 9 months so at the end of 12 months, you can answer, “Yes, I would be happy if the next 12 months were a repeat of the last 12 months.

  • This is just what I was looking for. I did not expect that I'd get so much out of reading your write up! You've just got yourself a returning visitor

    • Me – A club rider and mid-pack racer who pondered hiinrg a coach for some time, but didn’t know the criteria I would use to determine the best coach for me. My experience in competitive motorcycle racing told me that the best racers usually had the best equipment, fastest motors and the actual hands-on experience required to pull it all together. This theory made sense knowing Ilija didn’t win the Provincial Time Trial championship without a lot of hard work and experience. I also wanted a coach who would be “on the ice” with me and quickly realized that Ilija’s success and my own improvements came from the cumulative gains of many of the details he has passed along. Ilija has tremendous knowledge of the physical and mental aspects involved with training, what makes him standout is his awareness of how my body adapts to the training loads while dealing with the reality of life’s ups and downs. We’re not Pros – “sleep-train-eat-repeat” is not an option. Coach and I have worked together for 2 years and achieved more than I had ever dreamed. My 2010 road season started with a broken clavicle and ended with the road racing O-Cup championship in the M2 division. (With the help of my racing teammates + Ilija and Kevin). My original Time Trial goals are looking pretty small in the rear view mirror; two minutes and 5 kph faster on my club’s 15km TT’s. Ultimately – I trust and rely on Ilija. My current fitness level and performance could not have been achieved on my own and I know there is more to come ! ! Brian Kellygormleyflyer2002 at gmail . com
